FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

How do I register for the conference?

All information is available on the registration page.

Is DORS/CLUC free for students?

Yes! As usual, we will assign quotas to selected faculties and educational institutions. However, if the quota for your faculty has already been exceeded, you can still enter by buying a conference T-shirt during the online registration process.

I would like to sponsor the conference or provide media coverage. How can I do that?

We provide various sponsorship packages, which are listed in the sponsorship brochure. Press accreditations are also available. Of course, we can offer flexible, custom pricing packages as well. Please contact us via email: info@dorscluc.org.

Where is the DORS/CLUC venue?

DORS/CLUC takes place in Zagreb, at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Comupting (FER). The street address is Unska 3.

Once you've entered the venue, follow the printed signs to find the conference registration desk. Or even better - take a look at the venue map.

How to reach the venue (FER) from the main bus station?

Take the tram number 5 in the direction of “Prečko”. Exit at the 6th station (“Sveučilišna aleja” – University walkway). Cross the street to the right to reach FER.

How to reach the venue (FER) from the train station?

If the weather is nice and you're not carrying a lot of luggage, you can reach the venue by foot. Exit the main train station to the King Tomislav Square. You will see an underpass to the left - go down the escalator or the stairs and turn left. When you exit the underpass, turn slightly to the right and walk straight past the bus terminals until you see a small park on your right. Follow the diagonal path through the park to the main road and a large intersection. Cross the intersection to your right and keep walking straight until you hit the white FER building. :)

Alternatively, you can take the tram number 13 in the direction of “Žitnjak” - it goes past the main square (Trg Bana Jelačića) and a few other landmarks (the Croatian National Theatre and the Mimara Museum). Exit the tram at the station "Sveučilišna aleja", which will be the 9th station.

How do I get to the venue from the airport?

Take the shuttle from the airport to the main bus station. Then follow the directions above on how to reach the venue from the bus station.
